How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost varies by location and shipping type. Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout, after you enter your customer information and before the sale is confirmed.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally, at this time.

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I placed my order?

As soon as your order is placed we begin working on it, usually taking  2-3 days to fully process. Therefore we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

Saw a SICK board/deck on your webpage but it is sold out. When will it be available again?

Depends. Could be a few days, a few weeks, or could be never again, depending on the item. Street Heroics works with various providers who create their own boards/decks. Some of them will be one of a kind, which may mean they will never be available again. 

How long does my order take to ship?

Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days to ship.

We begin the shipping process immediately after an order is placed. Orders in the U.S. might take less then the allotted time. International orders may take longer depending on which country you live in and customs.

If you have not received your order after the  10th day please reach out to us through our Contact Us page. We will begin working on what happen immediately. Also, do not worry we will work with you through the whole process.

Please note that in most cases we do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. We will do all we can to ensure you order is delivered on time, but Street Heroics cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, service interruptions, etc.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order you must do so before we ship your items.

Do you accept returns?

If you need to return an item, the merchandise must be in original, unused condition with original tags attached. You (the customer) are responsible for all shipping costs on returned items. Customer has seven days after item is received to qualify for the return. Refunds are not acceptable on free promotional or sale items. What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

When will I be billed?

Your card may be authorized for the amount of the purchase immediately, but will not be charged until your item is out for shipment.
